• Payouts are processed periodically after the return/refund window, via the seller’s chosen payment method.

6. Buyers

• Orders are binding once placed, subject to the seller’s return and cancellation policies.
• Buyers are encouraged to review seller ratings and product details before making a purchase.

7. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for the packaging and timely shipping of their products.
• Delivery timelines vary based on the seller’s location and shipping partner.
• Impressa Gifting is not responsible for delays or damages during transit, but may mediate disputes where appropriate.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
